I'm so excited you're here, I can't wait for you to read this guide. After 10 years of photographing weddings I have seen weddings done every different way you can imagine and I know how hard it can be to plan a wedding when you've never done it before - so, to save you all of the heartache and stress I have put together this amazing guide to help you plan your wedding day to be amazing.
The getting ready can sometimes be one of the best parts of your day or the most stressful part of your day. When you have lots of time, wonderful people and the best professional vendor team surrounding you it will be super relaxing, full of heartfelt moments and picture perfect. When you don't have enough time, you feel super rushed, hair and makeup runs over schedule and you are getting asked 3000 questions by everyone you're not going to love this time quite as much as you should. To make it a really amazing time for you, all you need to do is follow these three tips!
To make sure that everything is ready for the photographer and that you don't forget anything make sure that all of your important details, undergarments, coat hangers, and your partners are all gathered and ready to go to the getting ready locations a week before the wedding.
Allow 1-2 hours after hair and makeup, before you are due to leave for the ceremony or first look to make sure you have plenty of time to get into your dress, for the veil to be put in, first looks with parents and giving of gifts as well as your bridal portraits before you rush out the door.
To reduce stress make sure that you keep the visitors and people with you in the morning to a minimum. This will mean less interruptions ensuring you are ready on time. Another thing you can do is give your phone to a bridesmaid to handle any last minute questions
